Shipping & Returns
1.1 Your credit card will be debited using PayPal for your own protection against Fraud.
1.2 If your goods fail to arrive within 5 days of despatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment.
1.3 Where an incorrect address has been given to CPDwarehouse with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.
1.4 Please check you have received the correct goods you have paid for. Once you have received your order/s, please sign for the goods. Upon doing this you have confirmed your order to be correct and relieve CPDwarehouse of any further liabilities for the delivery of your goods.
1.5 If you wish for the goods to be delivered to another address, then please be aware that you as the legal buyer have full responsibility for receiving the goods, even if the goods are signed on delivery by another person.
1.6 Returns, Exchanges,refunds and pre-orders:
a) Items can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packing and free of damage. A 25% Restocking fee is charged on the item which also includes the transaction processing fee.
b) Items can only be exchanged at the expense of the customer with regards to sending the item back to our facilities and re-shipment of the new item. CPD warehouse may only exchange items if the item is received in the original sealed packaging and in identical condition that it was despatched from our facilities.
c) Refunds can only be made when the item is received back in our possession in the original condition that it was sent out, IE. Sealed, and unused. A 25% Restocking fee is charged on the item which also includes the transaction processing fee. All refunds are subject to a 5% service charge to cover costs of transaction processing.
d) CPD warehouse is not responsible for lost items being sent back to us. Please use an insured courier with tracking information to avoid such an occurrence.
e) All refunded pre-orders are subject to a 5% service charge fee to cover costs of transactions. All pre-orders are taken in full because the product is then prepaid for by us to our suppliers. If a problem arises from not being able to source your pre-order within a reasonable time period and a refund is requested, a 100% complete refund will be issued. We also reserve the right to rescind the contract due to product unavailability
